Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a power bank?
To wear it cordless, yes. Just tick "Add a Cordless Power Bank" under the bundles and we'll ship one with each HearthWrap: a compact 5,000mAh with built-in cables, good for up to 4 hours of warmth. Already have one? Any 5V USB power bank works, and so does a car USB port, laptop or USB wall adapter.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat level and the power bank. A 10,000mAh power bank gives around 3 hours on high and up to 8 hours on low; a 5,000mAh about half that. Plugged into a car, laptop or wall adapter, it keeps going as long as you like.
Where does it heat?
The heating panel sits across your back and shoulders — exactly where you feel the cold most. The fleece lining holds that warmth around you.
What size is it?
One size, 150 × 80 cm (59 × 31 in). Zip it up to wear it as a shawl, or open it out as a lap blanket. It fits most adults.
Is it washable?
Yes. Unplug the cable and controller first, then hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Let it dry completely before plugging it back in.
Is it safe?
HearthWrap uses low-voltage 5V USB power — the same as charging your phone — with 3 gentle heat levels you control with one button.
Does it make a good gift?
It's one of the most-used gifts of winter. Grab 2: one for you, one to give.
What if I don't love it?
Try it risk-free — you're covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.
